The founder

Luis Iurcovich (1955), cognitive economist, has more than 30 years of experience in consulting and coaching activities, supporting the continuity of family business. Together with his team he assisted more than 1200 companies, and carried out several researches on cognitive and behavioral aspects regarding the developing of family business in Italy and Europe. 

His researches have been published by Il Sole 24 Ore, il Corriere della Sera, La Repubblica, Il Tempo, Capital, Famiglia Cristiana, Business People, Radio RAI.
